Store Policy

  • All online pre-orders require a minimum of 2 business days from the day the order is placed.
    (at 12AM 2 business days prior to pick-up date)
  • If you do not see your date of choice in the drop-down menu, it means the date is sold out and no further orders can be accepted.
  • Please make sure to pay attention to your pick-up date & time upon ordering.
  • If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us with your name and order number at at least 48 hours prior to the pick up date. After that, you will not be able to cancel and you will be responsible for payment. Please be advised that we do not accept any cancel or change requests via phone call. 
  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations if you select the wrong date or time.
  • We are not responsible for orders not picked-up on the date & time of your order. No refund will be issued if you fail to pick-up your order on time.
  • We are not responsible for any damage once your order has been picked up. Please be sure to handle your items properly; and if not being served right away, all items need to be placed in the refrigerator as soon as possible.
