- All online orders require a minimum of 2 days from the day the order is placed.
(The cutoff timing is at 12 am, 2 days before the pick-up date)
- If you do not see your date of choice in the drop-down menu, it means the date is sold out, and no further orders can be accepted.
- Please pay attention to your pick-up date & time upon ordering.
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations for selecting the wrong date or time.
- We are not responsible for orders not picked up on the date & time of your booking. No refund will be issued if you are unable to pick up your order on time.
- Please be sure to handle your items properly. We are not responsible for any damage once your order has been picked up.
-Our products are baked fresh in our ovens daily without preservatives or additives, so please consume within the day for the best taste and texture. If not served immediately, they need to be placed in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
-The baked goods in the Chef's Select Gift Box should be kept at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Cancellations or Order Changes:
-If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us your name and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days before the pick-up date & time. After that, you will be responsible for full payment. Please be advised that we do not accept cancellations or change requests via phone.
